WATER WALL

The small stretch of wall between this basement laundry room entrance and the exterior wall of this downtown residence has become compromised, due to years of patching the affected areas with simple puttys and "miracle products" that just don't work past the first few months of the application.  The old is chipped away and replaced with industrial-grade parge & concrete.  Tri-sodium phosphate (TSP) is used to kill & dispell any existing mold & mildew, before a primer and several coats of paint are then applied.  Voila - no more moisture issues, and a brand new wall to boot!
