Back To White

The baseboards and surface area of this wall has become old and tired looking.  Moisture and time are a major culprit here - time to go back to white.

Just prior to applying a fresh, new coat of paint to the surface areas, the baseboards have been replaced and completely sealed, giving rise to a whole new energy in the room.

Laundry Room Love

Multiple tenants of a downtown residence share the Laundry Room in the basement.  After several years of use as a common area in the household the surface areas, especially the concrete floor, have become tired looking and dirty.  Time for some TLC.

Clean walls and a freshly painted floor prevail.  Grungy floor mats and random debris have been removed for a more open, more productive workspace for the residents to enjoy.
