The cement (parge) on the ground level of the side of this downtown residence has become worn down and weathered over the past few decades and requires a surface renewal.  A new, thick coat of parge is mixed on site and applied to the affected area, ensuring a water tight barrier protecting the basement and surrounding structure, for many years to come.
